We’ve developed our comprehensive quality program using a variety of scales and dimensions. In addition to internal quality data and field warranty information, we also utilize quality assessment by extensive benchmarking and end-user field surveys.

The program is based on four components:

  • Error proofing
  • Six Sigma teams (Bergstrom has 1 trained Master Black Belt, 7 Black Belts and 1 Black Belt in training. In addition, more than 90% of our Rockford employees are Yellow Belts.)

  • Field surveys
