HUMAN RESOURCE GENERALIST

The Human Resources Generalist performs human resources related duties at the professional level and carries out responsibilities in some or all of the following functional areas: benefits administration, training, employee relations, affirmative action, salary administration, employment, and employee services. QUALITY ENGINEER

The Quality Engineer is responsible representing the customers’ expectations while ensuring the highest possible quality and consistency of Bergstrom’s products and processes.Reviews quality standards, tolerances, and engineering changes.Evaluates engineering changes for rework of parts and sub-assemblies. SENIOR BUYER

Reporting to the Purchasing Manager the Sr. Buyer will form an integral part of the Purchasing function in the achievement of operational objectives. With a strong solid background in purchasing and supply chain management, the candidate will take a proactive approach in developing suppliers to ensure lowest cost whilst achieving world class quality and delivery standards. MANUFACTURING ENGINEER

As part of a New Product Introduction team develops PLC based manufacturing solutions, using Advanced Product Quality Planning tools. Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, workflow and designs layout of equipment and work-space for maximum efficiency, specifies all tooling, fixtures and equipment.
