Have a warranty claim?
Pre-authorization:
Please call our Bus Technical Department toll-free at 855-BUS-HVAC to receive your pre-authorization number. Pre-authorization numbers are required on all repairs greater than $200 to submit a warranty claim.
During the pre-authorization process Bergstrom personnel will determine if part(s) or unit(s) are required to be returned for analysis.

A Bergstrom account number is required to submit a warranty claim and to receive monetary reimbursement. If you do not already have an account number, one can be requested on the Bergstrom Warranty portal (above link to submit a warranty claim).
